Outwire, a product of Voizor
Terms of Service
Last updated
These terms cover your use of Outwire, which Voizor provides. Please read them with the policies they link to.
1. Who provides Outwire
Outwire is a product of Voizor. In these terms, "Voizor", "we" and "us" mean [Voizor legal entity name, company number and registered address]. "You" means the business that creates an Outwire account, and the people it authorises to use it.
By creating an account or using Outwire you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Email Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind it.
2. The service
Outwire is an operations platform for agencies. You connect tools you already use (CRM, calendar, Slack, sending and sequencing tools, calling tools) and Outwire brings your client workspaces, replies, reporting, onboarding and billing together in one place. Outwire does not provide outreach sending infrastructure: your outreach is sent by your own third-party tools, under your own accounts.
3. Accounts
- You must give accurate sign-up details and keep them current. Outwire is for businesses, not consumers.
- You are responsible for your users, their roles, and keeping passwords and sign-in methods secure.
- You may invite team members and your own clients (for example to the client portal). You are responsible for what they do in your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@outwire.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions, trial and billing
- Trial. New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the account becomes read-only until you choose one.
- Plans. Plans, prices, client limits and included usage are shown on the pricing page and in the app when you subscribe. Usage beyond a plan's allowance (for example extra client workspaces or Relay replies over the included amount) is billed at the rates shown there.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance each month in US dollars; metered usage is billed in arrears. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for these amounts.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Plan changes take effect straight away and are prorated.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After that the account becomes read-only until the balance is paid.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, GST or similar taxes that apply, other than taxes on our income.
- Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You must use Outwire in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you are responsible for the outreach you run in your own tools and for complying with the email, privacy and marketing laws and platform rules that apply to it. We may suspend an account that breaches that policy, as described there.
6. Your data
You own the data you and your connected tools put into Outwire ("customer data"), including your clients' prospect and lead data. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only to provide, secure and support Outwire for you, and as the Privacy Policy describes. For customer data we act as your processor; where the law requires, our data processing terms apply [link to Data Processing Addendum].
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the personal data you bring into Outwire and for the instructions you give us about it. You can delete client workspaces in the app. To close your account and have its data deleted, or to get a copy of it, email support@outwire.co.
7. Third-party integrations
Outwire works through tools you connect with your own credentials or authorisations. Those tools are provided by third parties under their own terms, which you are responsible for following. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or what they do with data. Actions Outwire takes in a connected tool on your instructions (for example pausing a sequence or creating a CRM record) are taken on your behalf. You can disconnect a tool at any time.
8. AI features
Some features use an AI model provider to classify replies, draft responses (Relay), write report summaries and answer questions in the assistant. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it or send it.
Relay replies need a person's approval unless you choose to let Relay send certain reply types automatically for a client. If you turn that on, you remain responsible for those messages; hard stops (such as unsubscribe requests and angry replies) always go to a person. Our AI provider does not use your content to train its models under its commercial terms.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Outwire available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and there is no service level agreement unless we agree one in writing. We may change or improve features; if we remove a material feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
10. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using Outwire and cancel at any time, as described in Subscriptions.
- We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if you do not pay, or if we must to protect Outwire, other customers or recipients, or to comply with law. Where reasonable we will warn you first.
- After termination, you can ask for a copy of your customer data within 30 days. After that we delete it in line with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
Except as these terms say, Outwire is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Voizor disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular outreach, reply, meeting or revenue result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and Voizor's total liability arising out of or relating to Outwire is limited to the fees you paid us for Outwire in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Lawyer to confirm cap and carve-outs]
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Voizor against third-party claims arising from your customer data, your outreach and use of connected tools, or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and pay resulting damages and reasonable costs.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Outwire after a change takes effect means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law and jurisdiction], and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [venue], except where mandatory local law says otherwise.
